Ed Rogers

Ed has more than 30 years of experience gained with a variety of organisations in the infrastructure sector (covering energy, airports, real estate and water) and investment banking.

He has worked for the past nine years as an interim CFO and board advisor, with organisations that have included SSE plc, Drax plc and AGS Airports Limited. Immediately prior to joining Kellas in February 2024, he led a successful turnaround and institutional fundraising for a company in the technology sector.

Prior to becoming an interim CFO, Ed was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley International plc where he advised on the structuring of financing, hedging and M&A transactions across the bank’s EMEA Commodities, Fixed Income and Equities divisions.

Earlier in his career, Ed held a number of finance roles with British Energy plc, now part of EDF, and was a member of the core team which completed its restructuring and IPO.

Ed trained as Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Coventry University.
