Today, Thursday 30th January, officially marks the first day of Kellas Midstream’s new ownership under BlackRock and GIC. The deal, previously announced on 11th November, has now successfully completed and we look forward to a bright future with our new owners.
Created by Antin Infrastructure Partners, we were originally named CATS Management Limited, after our first investment in the Central Area Transmission System (CATS). Since then we’ve grown significantly, adding the Esmond Transportation System (ETS) and the Humber Gathering System (HGS) to our portfolio. In 2019 we changed our name to Kellas Midstream to better represent our growing business.
Testament to our success we are now under the new ownership of BlackRock and GIC, two of the world’s largest investors.
We are leaders in midstream infrastructure. We have the assets, the people and skills, and a strong customer centric approach. And now, with our new powerhouse of backers, we gain further strength and expertise.
We look forward to proving to be the partner of choice for our customers, new and old, while contributing to a sustainable and responsible energy future.
